Customized Training Delivery
We can handle customized training modules, developed by us after doing a complete need analysis. We keep in mind the organization’s requirements and then conduct a need analysis with the participants before developing such modules. These programs will be handled by trainers with a rich background in Sales & Marketing, Customer Services, HR etc. These trainers will also have a rich experience in FMCG, Banking, Education, Manufacturing, Production and IT sectors.
Standard Programs

Induction Programs
We also handle induction programs for new employees in the organization. The objective of the program is to bridge the gap between the organization and the employees and to align them to the work culture of the organization. The participants are taken through soft-skill modules where they are encouraged to participate and communicate. This would be entirely an activity based session with audio-visual activities, out-bound activities and role-plays. This would help the participants shed their inhibitions and make them comfortable. The participants would also be taken through corporate expectations and help them contribute in a better way to the organization.
Product Training
We also handle product training (Product Knowledge & Product Demonstrations). The main focus of this training would be to build product awareness and effective product demonstration by the frontline staff of the company.
